An ancient farmhouse dating back to 1497, located just 30 kilometers from Barcelona, houses the Aire Ancient Baths Vallromanes spa: an establishment full of history and mysticism, surrounded by nature.
The Aire The Ancient Baths are inspired by ancient civilizations and the pleasure that water gives us for a unique experience and a wonderful journey of sensations. Dozens of candles surround the warm water baths for a dim light that will remind you of the ancient Arab baths. In addition, the establishment preserves thestone walls of the old farmhouse, which provides even more charm to the place.

Description of the Spa
The Air Ancient Baths Vallromanes thermal tour, which you can enjoy freely during the indicated time, consists of diverse rooms with water at different temperatures:
- Caldarium (hot bath at 40º C),
- Frigidarium (cold bath at 16ºC and ice bath at 10ºC)
- Tepidarium (temperate bath at 36º C)
- Balneum or bath with a thousand jets
- Flotarium (salt bath).
This circuit can be complemented with relaxing massages and body treatments tailored to your needs.
The thermal circuit consists of five rooms of water at different temperatures:
- The hot and cold bath contrast
- The temperate bath
- The Flotarium (salt water room)
- The thousand-jet room
- The steam room with eucalyptus aroma
- An outdoor pool in the middle of nature
There is also a relaxation area with tea and water for refreshment.
The session lasts approximately 90 minutes.

Please inform the staff of any ailments to be taken into account (pregnancy, illnesses, etc.). Use of the facilities is not recommended for people with cardiovascular disease.

- Himalayan Salt Experience, a body wrap in pink Himalayan salt and a gentle massage with hot salt stones.
Treatments
Aire Ancient Baths Vallromanes ofrece diversas experiencias, con diferente duración. En el caso de las experiencias sin masaje (es decir, disfrute del circuito de aguas) la duración es de 1 hora y media. Por su parte, las experiencias con masajes y rituales tienen una duración de 2-3 horas.
