Type of waters
The spa was originally founded in 1829. During its most splendid years, it received illustrious visitors. It was the meeting point for Navarrese society and neighboring communities. After the civil war, in 1966 a bottling plant was created for the Aguas de Belascoain, and, in parallel, restoration began in the old spa.
The waters of Belascoain are medicinal mineral waters and bicarbonate-sodium-calcium bicarbonate of medium-high mineralization. They emanate at a temperature of 27ºC. Uralai waters are weakly mineralized, ideal for low-sodium diets. They also emanate at a constant temperature of 27ºC.
The star product of this establishment was the intake of the water.
