What are these plans like?

Each plan is one week long. The first two days the activity and water intake are done in highlights of the destination: this also allows us to enjoy visiting the area!

The plan continues back home, maintaining physical activity and healthy eating, while the benefits of water are achieved thanks to the rich bottled waters of the area.

The physical activity proposals are adapted to different age ranges: youth, adults and seniors.

Bio-healthy Plan 1: "Resetting your mind".

The town of Verín and the Cabreiroá, Fonte do Sapo and Fontenova springs are the destination areas in this first plan. 

 

Day 1

We start the tour walking through the Park of Cabreiroá and A Braña, where there is a bio-healthy circuit, where we will perform a workout. We complete with a walk. 

After the physical activity, a glass of water at the Cabreiroá spring. We continue with a complementary activity in the Recreational Area of Tintores: a place of great serenity, next to the river Támega. 

As a warm-up before the next intake, at the Fonte do Sapo spring, the coach proposes a walk from the road to the spring. There, a second exercise session is performed, which will end with the walk back to the car.

Day 2

We start with an urban route in Verín, enjoying its historic center. It is proposed to continue along the Camiño Real to the Castle of Monterrei and, at the top of the castle, perform a series of exercises.

The first meal of the day is at the Fontenova Spring, after the physical activity. Then, as a complementary activity, two options are proposed: the local heated swimming pool or the river. 

 

At home

The bicarbonated waters Magma de Cabreiroá, Fontenova with gas or Carvalhelhos will help you to continue with the plan at home.

 

Biohealthy Plan 2: "Consolidating the commitment". 

Two villages and their thermal parks are the settings for this second plan: Vidago and Pedras Salgadas.

 

Day 1

A walk through the Vidago Thermal Park, followed by a series of exercises is the beginning of the routine, after which we refresh ourselves with water from the Vidago 1 spring. 

Then, as a complementary activity, a walk through the cultural heritage of the town is proposed. In the afternoon, a visit to the Pedagogical Spa of Vidago completes the day.

Day 2

10 minutes from Vidago, the park of Pedras Salgadas welcomes us on this second day: walk and exercise session to start. The first meal is at the spring in the park. And, as a complementary activity, treat yourself to a thermal treatment for face or body, without leaving the area.

 

At home

On this occasion, the waters of Vidago, Campilho (both carbonated) and Fontenova (still) will accompany us home.

 

Bio-Healthy Plan 3: "Fixing habits"

The last plan helps us to internalize what we have learned and maintain good habits. The places? Chaves and Verín.

 

Day 1

We start cycling along the urban bank of the Támega: between Fonte do Povo and Chaves. Afterwards, a workout session. We refresh ourselves with the water of the Fonte do Povo.

As a complementary activity, it is proposed to enjoy the heated swimming pool of the tennis courts in the area. Finally, in the afternoon: thermalism in Chaves Termas & Spa or a visit to the wide heritage of Chaves.

Day 2

Taking advantage of the Támega Ecovia, a good walk along the river is proposed, with a previous warm-up and followed by a glass of water from the Sousas spring. As a complementary activity, a series of exercises designed by the coach. 

 

At home

The waters of Pedras Salgadas, Magma de Cabreiroá with gas and Sousas without gas will be our companions back home.
