The spa is located in Caldes d'Estrac. Since Roman times, the waters of this thermal village have been enjoyed. The baths date back to the 19th century and are the only publicly owned baths in Catalonia.

Hace aproximadamente un mes hago una reserva vía telefónica para mañana 10 de febrero,a su vez, como vivimos lejos reservamos un apartamento en las cercanías para pasar la noche.
Hoy 9 de febrero, llaman para cancelarla alegando algún tipo de problema informático y a pesar de que les explico que tengo un apartamento alquilado el cual no puedo cancelar sin coste porque han avisado con UN DÍA de antelación, no me ofrecen ningún tipo de compensación, NADA, sólo la posibilidad de cambiarlo de fecha como si esa no fuese una opción viable en general.
Llamo de nuevo para que me expliquen a que se debe exactamente esta incidencia y para saber el motivo por el cual han tardado UN MES en detectar el error y para remarcarles el perjuicio económico que suponía cancelar con tan poco margen de tiempo.
Pues resulta que nos dicen que no tienen constancia de ninguna reserva ni de ninguna incidencia que (a pesar de que les he devuelto la llamada del número del que llamaron ellos) me estoy equivocando de número.
HAY QUE SER INCOMPETENTE PARA ARRASTRAR UN ERROR INFORMÁTICO UN MES PERO HAY QUE TENER POCA VERGÜENZA PARA ENCIMA NEGARLO.
En fin, os recomiendo ENCARECIDAMENTE que vayáis al Magma de Santa Coloma de Farners, al Aire de Vallromanes o a les Termes Victòria o el Safareig de Caldes de Montbui.
