The Paraíso hotel is located 10 minutes from the city of Guimarães and is housed in an old rural estate that was restored in 1994.
It currently offers a variety of services including two-bedroom villas, restaurant, event space, outdoor swimming pool, a Health Club & Spa and meeting rooms.
The creation of this hotel is based on the principles of sustainability and architecture that respects the natural slope of the land and the use of more environmentally friendly materials.
Description of the Spa
As for the spa and outdoor pool, Paraiso Villas & Spa has an indoor heated pool, a Jacuzzi, water jets, Turkish bath and two outdoor pools, one for adults and one for children.
As for fitness and cardio training, the Health Club offers the assistance of specialized instructors.
Group or individual wellness activities are offered, with the aim of stimulating the release of endorphins and promoting physical, mental and emotional balance. Some activities available are Anhata Yoga, Pilates, Cycling, Lu Jong Tibetan Yoga, Shiatsu, Tibetan Singing Bowls Concerts, Meditation, Aqua Fit (personalized training in the water) and the option of having a personal trainer. Group class schedules may vary depending on the availability of the teachers, so please consult with the team for precise information.
