Among the facilities available at the Lanjarón Spa are the dynamic pool, the flotarium, the Al Lanchar Thermal Baths circuit and the Secret Garden, an open space where different treatments are offered.
A medical service specialized in hydrotherapies and nutrition supervises the treatments and designs personalized thermal programs.

The springs of Lanjarón
The Lanjarón fault, border between the natural landscapes of Sierra Nevada and the Alpujarra, gives birth to a series of springs. Specifically, the Lanjarón Spa has six springs of mineral-medicinal waters.
Drinking water treatments
- Capuchina Spring: purifying and highly mineralized (bicarbonated, chlorinated, sodium and calcium).
- Salud II Spring: facilitates digestion and is of medium mineralization (chloride, sodium, bicarbonate, very carbonated).
- Capilla Spring: facilitates digestion and stimulates appetite. It is of medium-low mineralization (chloride, sodium, calcium, bicarbonate, carbogaseous).
- Salud I Spring: facilitates digestion and is of low mineralization (chloride, sodium, calcium, bicarbonate, slightly carbonated).
- San Vicente Spring: diuretic and very low mineralization (bicarbonated and calcium).
Waters for bathing
On the other hand, the water that flows from the El Salado Spring is indicated for baths, with a sedative character and high mineralization (chlorinated, sodium, calcium, magnesium and ferruginous).
It was during the Mozarabic period when the inhabitants of the area first enjoyed the waters and baptized it with the name of Lanjarón. However, it was in the eighteenth century when the medical discovery of the properties of the waters took place and, from the nineteenth century, the exploitation of the establishment will be continuous.

There is a wide range of treatments:
- Drinking water, according to the indications of the different mineral-medicinal waters of the springs of Lanjarón.
- Baths: dynamic, immersion, bubble baths.
- Showers: pressurized jet showers, circular showers, massage showers, boulder corridor showers.
- Flotarium: a pool of water from Manantial Salud, with highly concentrated sea salt, allows for a bath where total weightlessness is produced. Indicated to relieve muscular tension, nerves, and stress.
- Contrast and purification therapies: wet stove and Finnish sauna.
- Ozone therapy: application of a mixture of oxygen and ozone for intense revitalization and purification.
- Respiratory techniques: inhalations, oral and nasal aerosol, and vaporizations using mineral-medicinal water.
Thermal esthetic treatments are also offered (thermal facial esthetic, natural thermal nourishing mask, pressotherapy and wraps) and thermotherapy-para fango (application of hot plates composed of mud and kerosene (42º C) in a specific area of the body with analgesic effects).

The "Play with Water" program is aimed at children between 4 and 10 years old, accompanied. It is an initiation program to help the little ones discover how to have fun with water. It consists of a bubble bath, circular shower, rest and drinking water.
The prenatal program aims to provide the pregnant woman with relaxation, mineralization, and muscle toning in view of childbirth. It is especially indicated for women in the 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy. It can be carried out in 1 or 2 days. It includes, depending on the chosen program: prenatal exercises, immersion bath, prenatal massage, flotarium...

Hotel's description
The current building dates from 1928, the heyday of Balneario de Lanjarón.
In 2012 the Hotel Balneario was created to provide accommodation without having to leave the spa itself. The hotel building takes advantage of the old facilities of the bottling plant. With a modern design, it contrasts with the spa building. It has 122 rooms. In addition to access to the spa, the hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, gardens and two tennis courts.
