The Nature center is an urban spa in the center of Jaén. It has the quality seal "Andalucía Segura".
Description of the Spa
The facilities consist of sauna, steam bath, hot room, contrast surround shower, pool for tired legs, pebble footbath, contrast pool and relaxation pool with 4 bubble beds, 1 water cascades, 1 micro-jet curtain, 2 swan neck cannons and 4 bubble seats and a relaxation area with infusions.
This spa has several circuits: the Thermal Nature (90 min), the Diamond Spa (90 min + 90 min ritual/massage), the Diamond spa 180 (90 min + 90 min ritual + 90 min massage) for 1 or 2 people (with or without private jacuzzi).

Massages are offered with stones (aroma-stone), hanakasumi (Japanese, relaxing, exfoliating and nourishing), lomi lomi, Thai nuad bo-rarn, with hot candles (Ayurvedic), facial-cranial and Balinese.
The menu of therapeutic massages includes Swedish relaxing massages, sensory unloading massages with aromatherapy, chocolate, decontracting-sports massage, lymphatic drainage, foot reflexology and sensory massage with oil.
The center also has physiotherapists (normal, combined, rehabilitation sessions in the swimming pool, etc.).
