The Cenador de la Hacienda is a beautiful glass-enclosed space offering traditional cuisine with signature touches. It can be accessed from the hotel itself or from the outside.
At the beginning of the 20th century in Llanes was the Confitería Auseva, an emblematic meeting point, famous for its Peña Santa ice cream. With the disappearance of the premises, Hotel La Hacienda de Don Juan has tried to recover that history and the famous ice cream in its Cafeteria Auseva.
