General description
The Hacienda Zorita is locatedin Salamanca and is part of its history. In 1336, the Hacienda was donated to the Dominican Order by Doña Inés de Limoges and became a monastery. It housed the professors of the Universityas well as guests passing through. In 1487, Cristopher Columbus spent a long stay there and there he managed to convince Queen Isabella the Catholic about the feasibility of the new route to the Indies.
Description of the Spa
The Wine & Olive Spa is located in the oldest building of the Hacienda, a water mill dating back to the year 780.
It offers exclusive natural treatments based on wine, and oil.

At Zorita's Kitchen you can enjoy a natural gastronomy inspired by the establishment's organic products. The restaurant is located in the former refectory of the Dominican monks and La Casa Grande, on the Tormes River, and has unique views. They have both a carte and a tasting menu.
