The Real Balneario Carlos III de Trillo is a four-star hotel on the banks of the Tagus River. It is located in a precious natural environment, at the foot of the Tetas de Viana, in the heart of the Alcarria region, in the municipality of Trillo (Guadalajara).

The Real Balneario de Carlos III is one of the few historic spas still remaining in Spain.
It has an active pool (hydrothermal circuit with bubble hammocks, jacuzzi, water jets, swan necks and hydromassage), a Roman thermal bath with temperature contrast, and saunas.
One of the peculiarities of the spa is that it has individual baths, recovered from the ancient baths of Charles III, made in a single piece of marble.
