The hammam is a bathing ritual that combines Moroccan and Turkish elements, offering an experience of relaxation and purification.
At the Rituels d'Orient spa in Barcelona, there are areas with progressive temperatures and humidity levels, ranging from 37 to 46 degrees Celsius and 80% humidity.
This steam bath helps to open the pores of the skin, allowing the expulsion of toxins and preparing it for purification treatments.
In addition, breathing in this environment scented with essential oils of eucalyptus and peppermint, hydrates the respiratory tract and oxygenates the body.
