The Hotel Balneario Río Pambre is a small and cozy establishment located in the region of A Ulloa, specifically in the rural area of Sambreixo (Lugo) and surrounded by forests.
Its location makes it ideal to disconnect and get close to nature. It is very close to Pambre Castle (from the 15th century) and just 12 km from the cathedral of Santa María de Lugo.
The Río Pambre Spa Hotel has a total land area of 5 hectares. In addition, it has all the necessary amenities for a relaxing getaway: free parking, gym, spa, restaurant, cafe-bar, and free breakfasts.
Description of the Balneario
As an option for the relaxation of its guests, the hotel has a formidable spa with natural medicinal waters all in a natural environment designed to bring your stress to zero and relax your body and mind.

Type of waters
The spa nourishes its facilities with medicinal and natural mineral waters, which surge from the earth at 16ºC, so they are considered cold waters (although they are used at different temperatures in the spa facilities).
As for their mineral composition, these waters are sulfurized, fluoridated, and sodium bicarbonated.
They are indicated for conditions of the locomotor system, respiratory system, skin diseases, rheumatology, stress, and rest.
