- The active thermal pool: This is an indoor pool with mineral-medicinal waters that includes a Jacuzzi circuit, jets, swan necks, and bubble beds (Note: closed every year for a few days during the month of July. During this period, access to the Roman thermal baths can be requested on request).
- The thermal park Balneario de Arnedillo: consists of a wave pool combined with an outdoor-indoor pool (Rio Bravo Pool) of hot thermal water (open seasonally).

They spring from seven springs at a temperature between 48 and 52.5 degrees, and are classified as chloride sodium, sulfate-calcium and bromide, rich in iron and magnesium.

Specific treatments for children and mums
Children are not eligible for treatment, as a general rule.
If you are pregnant:
- During the first and third trimesters of gestation, it is not advisable to use the jets and bubbles of the active thermal pool. In the second trimester, avoid direct jets and violent bubbles in the abdomen and lumbar region. During the 45-minute bath, it is advisable to alternate every 10 minutes a shower on legs and feet, for which you will have to leave for a couple of minutes and go to the showers in the changing rooms. It is not advisable to make sudden changes in temperature or posture, so it is recommended to enter and exit the pool progressively and walk safely.
- You can calmly enjoy a swim in the Thermal Park, you should avoid the wave pool and the Rio Bravo pool. Bathing in both pools should not exceed 30 minutes continuously and you should take into account the outside temperature in both cold and very hot months, to avoid being subjected to strong contrasts.
- The wet sauna (stove) and the Roman thermal bath are contraindicated throughout pregnancy.
- Comment that you are pregnant when booking any other type of treatment.
