The Thermas de Griñón is the largest wellness area in Madrid. The establishment has large spaces dedicated to relaxation, disconnection, and enjoyment. Thanks to its complete thermal circuit, a wide variety of jets, oxygenating beds, and fully ozonized spaces you can enjoy an unparalleled experience that your body and mind will appreciate. It also has a wide selection of body treatments, facials, and massages by experts, with an excellent quality price.
The Griñón spa also has a gym with several rooms where activities of all kinds (yoga, pilates, cycling, postural, functional, and training) are performed.
Description of the Spa
The wonderful circuit, the largest thermal circuit in Madrid, consists of:
- A large central pool with a variety of jets (swan necks and mushrooms). Its large dimensions make it the crown jewel of the spa.
- The crystal lake is a new pool of crystal clear water, also with several and 3 counter-currents for the abdomen.
- The flotarium is a pool with high salt levels that make you float effortlessly as if you were in the Dead Sea.
- The trebol hot tubs are relaxing hot tubs in the shape of a clover with two revitalizing volcanoes.
- The ice waterfall is a pool of very cold water that has in the middle a fountain with frosted ice. This serves to tone the skin and circulation.
- The footbath is a circuit covered with a stone mantle to act on the reflex zones of the foot.
- The shower circuit consists of an essence shower, a Scottish shower, a 4-season shower, and a rain and spray shower.
- The Roman Thermal Baths are a set of 4 pools named after 3 seas and 1 ocean: the Mediterranean Sea (pool with dorsal and lumbar jets at 35º), the Dead Sea (pool for relaxation at 38º), the Cantabrian Sea (an oxygenating bath with multiple bubble jets at 34º) and the Indian Ocean (invigorating immersion at 14º to be performed every time we leave the seas).

The cap, swimsuit-bikini, and towel are mandatory throughout the circuit (shower caps are not valid). The changing rooms are mixed and have individual cabins. The lockers are coin-operated with 1 euro coins.

The thermas are open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The duration of the stay is a maximum 3 hours in the mornings (including time in the locker room, morning entrance, only from Monday to Thursday entering before 12:00 noon, except on holidays.) and 2 hours in the afternoons (including time in the locker room, special entrance. From Monday to Friday entering at 19:00 hours on Saturdays from 20:00 hours and on Sundays and holidays entering at 13:00 hours).
