General description
The Meliá Ria Hotel & Spa, inaugurated in the last quarter of 2005, is located in the center of Aveiro, overlooking the lake formed by the Ria de Aveiro River.
It is located close to the Cultural Center, the Congress, and the train station, within walking distance of the historic center of the city.
The hotel has 128 rooms with elegant and comfortable decoration, most of them with views of the Ria de Aveiro.
All rooms have fully equipped bathroom (including hairdryer and make-up mirror), individual air conditioning, LCD TV, telephone with external access, broadband internet connection (wi-fi system), electronic safe and minibar. Room service is also available.
Other services available include restaurant, bar, a modern wellness center with spa, a room floor for meetings and congresses and garage.

So that there are no tears when leaving them with friends, family or in a pet-friendly hotel, the hotel has decided to complete our services with the acceptance of pets (subject to availability).
The cost per pet is €25 per night, and one pet up to 20 kg is allowed in a standard room. A security deposit of €100 may be applied at check-in, which will be refunded at check-out if all requirements are met.
