The marine climate and environment of Nazaré are influenced by the Nazaré Canyon, a gigantic underwater valley that extends from the coast to the Atlantic, with a maximum depth of 5000 meters.
The hydrodynamics of this canyon cause cold, nutrient-rich water to rise from the seabed, contributing to an even healthier environment.
Description of the Talaso
The Thalasso circuit offers an experience of 60 minutes.
It includes a dynamic pool with heated seawater, where you can enjoy countercurrent and foot bath. In addition, there is a Turkish bath, contrast showers, an ice fountain and a relaxation area.
It is a complete tour that provides different options to enjoy the benefits of seawater and relaxation.

Treatments
The thalassotherapy center offers a variety of body treatments to care for and revitalize the body.
These include body wraps with seaweed and marine mud, which help nourish and purify the skin, and revitalizing and draining wraps with marine extracts to improve circulation and reduce fluid retention.
