Description of the Spa
The SPA is equipped with a heated and dynamic indoor pool with water jets and waterfall, a bubble bed and counter-current swimming, Turkish bath with natural eucalyptus vapors, Jacuzzi and massage room.
The thermal center offers a wide range of treatments including various types of baths, such as immersion baths, simple baths, aerobath, underwater and computerized hydromassage.
Different types of showers are also available, such as jet showers, lumbar showers, column showers, filiform, maniluvium, pediluvium and Vichy massage showers.
In addition, localized and body steam baths are offered, as well as the application of mud, known as peloids, to complete the experience of wellness and relaxation.
It is mandatory to wear a cap, flip-flops and swimsuit to access the space. The hotel offers towel and bathrobe rentals, as well as the option to purchase hats and slippers.
In addition, there is a gym equipped with treadmill, spinning bike, Bosu/Air Step, fitness ball, weight discs, Olympic bar, hexagonal dumbbells and abdominal machine, with the same hours of operation.

Type of waters
The thermal waters of Caldas de Arêgos are of mineral origin, sulfurous, bicarbonated, sodium and fluorinated, with a high pH of 9.2. They are captured at a temperature of 62-63°C and at a depth of 63 meters, in protected wells that ensure their bacteriological purity and physical-chemical stability by protecting them from surface contaminants.
The main indications of the waters of Caldas de Arêgos are in the prevention and cure of orthopedic diseases, rheumatism, respiratory diseases, sinusitis and skin diseases.

The restaurant has capacity for 120 people inside and a terrace available in summer with capacity for 50 people.
Breakfast opening hours are from 08:00 to 10:30, lunch from 12:30 to 15:00 and dinner from 19:30 to 22:00.
Half board and full board supplements are available for guests, which include starter, soup, main course (chef's suggestion) and dessert, excluding beverages. These supplements are only available for stays of 3 nights or more.
There is also a restaurant menu available for meals with no supplements.
The bar is a charming place with a fireplace, ambient music, pool table and a wide selection of options for your snack, along with an extensive list of beverages.
