Description of the Balneario
The waters spring from the northern slope of Mount Jabalcón, at a point near the Grande River. In Roman times, according to Pliny, these waters and their curative properties were already known. In those times there were already thermal baths in the place, whose remains are buried under the Negratín reservoir.
Thermal circuit "Caldarium": It is a complex composed of two recreational pools, a multi-activity pool and a toning pool. It also has a sauna, Turkish bath and Roman thermal bath, as well as a solarium and relaxation area overlooking the Negratín reservoir.
Hydrothermal therapies: Vichy shower, circular shower, hydromassage baths in individual bathtubs, individual immersion baths and pressure jets.

Type of waters
From the spring, the water emerges at a temperature ranging between 39º and 41º, which makes it thermal water. In addition, due to its composition, it is considered mineral-medicinal, with strong sulfated mixed mineralization. They were declared mineral-medicinal in 1928 and are especially indicated for rheumatological, broncho-pulmonary, excretory apparatus, mouth, endocrine and metabolic, cardiovascular, neurological and gynecological diseases.
