The Thermas facilities, of 1800 m2, have:
- 2 thermal water pools (36º C)
- 1 indoor pool of thermal water at room temperature
- Hydrotherapy (jet shower, hydromassage bathtub, contrast bathtub, Vichy shower, bithermal circular shower, Turkish bath)

The spa also has an outdoor thermal pool at room temperature with exceptional views of the foothills of Sierra Blanquilla.

Type of waters
The spa has sulfurous, calcium, and magnesium waters. They were already used in Roman times to heal the wounds produced in great battles.
The waters of the Carratraca spring are mineral-medicinal. They spring at a temperature of 18 ºC.
The Carratraca Thermal Baths have been visited by such illustrious figures as Lord Byron, Teophile de Gauthier, Alejandro Dumas, Hans Christian Andersen, Vicente Aleixandre, Antonio Gala or more recently the actor Antonio Banderas.
