The Balneario de Manzanera is located in the mountains of Teruel. The hotel was built in 1929 and the building preserves the beautiful architecture of the period.

The spa has medicinal mineral waters that come from the El Salvado spring, declared of Public Utility in 1929. They are cold, strongly mineralized, hypertonic. They have mineralizing properties (sodium chloride, calcium sulfate and magnesium sulfate). They emerge at 14 degrees.
