- Outdoor pool: is open from June to September. It emerges from the spring at 32º and maintains its mineral-medicinal properties intact.
- Thermal bath (15 min. approximately)
- Thermal circuit: indoor thermal pool, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, steam bath, caldarium, templarium, foot bath, and Finnish sauna. The tour has a duration of approximately 45 minutes.
- Witness to the Arab period is the restored areas of the Manantial de 'El Moro' and 'La Mora', which offer direct access to a natural grotto formed by the water and a natural waterfall, respectively (25 min approx.).

Type of waters
It is known that the fame of the springs in the area dates back to Roman times, who gave it the name of Aquae Bilbilitanorum. However, the current name comes from Arab times: Alhama (derived from Al-Hammam: "the baths"). Then, the thermal baths simply had two basins, one for men (the aforementioned 'El Moro' Bath) and one for women (of 'La Mora') - recently restored for your enjoyment.
In the mid-nineteenth century, the old spa Termas de San Roque y Cantarero was established, from which the current spa hotel arose.
