General description
The Termas de Moimenta, also known as Termas Terras de Bouro, are located in the heart of the Peneda-Gerês National Park, in the middle of the mountains.
Description of the Balneario
Thermal techniques such as inalotherapy (nebulizations, nasal irrigations, and pharyngeal sprays) and balneotherapy (hydromassage, Vichy shower, and Aix shower) are offered.
The thermal season runs from May 1 to October 31.

The opening hours are Monday to Saturday, from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 3.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Type of waters
The story goes that the origin of these hot springs is in the healing of the wounds of some girls thanks to the waters of the place. After digging in the area where the hot springs are located today, the owner António Martins found the point where the waters emerged. After analyzing them, they found that they had medicinal properties.
Because of their composition, these waters, which spring at 21ºC, are sulfurous, bicarbonated, sodium, fluorinated, chlorinated and silicate. They are especially indicated for chronic problems and allergies of the respiratory tract, rheumatic pains and skin allergies.
