General description
One of the oldest thermal springs in the country, the Fonte Santa, is located in a paradisiacal place, a place of culture and leisure. This source is considered the mother of the Termas de Monfortinho and is located in a setting where nature remains untouched.
In this natural paradise, air and water work wonders, and natural factors come together for harmony between nature and tranquility.
Besides being dedicated to health, Termas de Monfortinho also has services for rest, wellness, and well-being. It is a "place without time and a time for everything," whose origin dates back to the time of Roman civilization.
Personalized treatments are offered through various methods (balneotherapy, ventilation therapy, physiotherapy, electrotherapy and relaxing massages) and various wellness and relaxation programs (between 1 and 6 days).
Description of the Balneario

Type of waters
The waters of the Fuente Santa de Monfortinho are hypomineralized, sodium, calcium, and magnesium. It also has one of the highest levels of silica among Portuguese thermal waters.
They are indicated for:

- The circulatory system
- Skin (psoriasis, atopic eczema, chronic eczema, acne, cellulitis, ulcers, and burn sequelae)
