The Your Hotel & Spa Alcobaça is a place of refuge and tranquility located close to the historic town of Alcobaça.
It combines the balance of the surrounding nature with the comfort of a renovated unit to give you a unique experience in the region, reviving the concept of pure rest of the old Hotel das Termas da Piedade.
With local attractions such as the well-known Monastery of Santa Maria de Alcobaça, the Batalha Monastery and the beaches of the area, the Your Hotel & Spa Alcobaça has everything for you to leave stress at the door.
It offers comfortable rooms, a thermal spa and the Sentidos restaurant to complement your stay.
Alcobaça is a small town full of history, highlighting its impressive Monastery as one of the most significant monuments in the country.
Other places of interest in the region include the Praia da Nazaré, the Village of Óbidos with its famous wall and annual events, the Monastery of Batalha, the Shrine of Fátima and the Convent of Christ in Tomar, among others.
Description of the Spa
The Thermal Spa is a space that offers privacy and is a gift for the senses, a perfect encounter with wellness, health, and beauty. It has a hydromassage pool and jacuzzi with thermal water, sauna, Turkish bath, footbath, rain walk, cold water bucket and relaxation area.
The Thermal Spa is open to the public, but access to children under 16 years of age is not permitted and access to pregnant women is conditional.
Pre-booking is required for all spa services.
The Thermal Spa offers an evening service available on Saturdays from 21:00 to 00:00. This service may have limited availability, and it is advisable to confirm.
It includes the Night Thermal Hydrotherapy Circuit, which provides access to the hydromassage pool, jacuzzi with thermal water, sauna, Turkish bath, footbath, rain walk, cold water bucket and relaxation area.
There are also night massages, such as the Beyond massage, which focuses on relaxing the back area, and the Your Spa massage, which provides relaxation and wellness throughout the body. In the Night Spa services, tea and cookies will be offered in the relaxation area.
The Termas da Piedade offer a variety of treatments that act in the prevention and treatment of various pathologies through the use of thermal waters and other complementary means for therapeutic, rehabilitation, health promotion, wellness, and disease prevention purposes. All thermalism services require prior appointment and mandatory medical consultation.

The waters of Piedade provide numerous health benefits, especially for the gastrointestinal system, the musculoskeletal system and some dermatological conditions due to the characteristics of its waters: hypothermal, mesosaline, chlorinated, sodic, bicarbonated and calcium.

- "O Segredo das Velas" is a unique experience that combines relaxing movements with heat and stimulation of energetic zones through the use of aromatic candles.
- The "Massagem Terapêutica" focuses on specific areas of the body and helps to relax muscles and correct postures.
- The "Massagem Your Spa" is a full body massage with warm oils that relieves muscle tensions.
- The "Massagem Anti-Stress" provides soothing warmth along the spine to relieve muscle aches and stress-related tensions.
- The "Massagem Pedras Quentes"uses hot stones to relieve muscle tension and pain, promoting a deep sense of comfort and balance in the body.

- Spa Peeling Massage: Relaxing exfoliation that removes dead cells and provides hydration.
- Anti-cellulite treatment: Stimulates fat digestion, improves circulation and eliminates toxins by restructuring the tissues.
- Reducing treatment: Body wrap that facilitates the elimination of toxins and localized fat, balancing the body.

- Cocoa Ritual: Body treatment using the moisturizing and nourishing properties of cocoa. Includes cocoa body scrub, chocolate wrap and relaxing full body massage with cocoa oils. Provides a deep and aromatic relaxation.

The Senses Restaurant, located on the second floor of the Your Hotel & Spa Alcobaça, offers an elegant, sophisticated and intimate atmosphere with capacity for 80 people.
The restaurant offers a weekly lunch menu that includes couvert, soup, main course (meat or fish) and dessert (sweet or fruit) for 15.00€ per person (drinks not included).
In addition, the Restaurante Sentidos has received recognition in regional and national gastronomic contests, demonstrating the best that the Western Region has to offer.
