The Waters of Termas Caldas da Saúde have been used since ancient times since Roman ruins were found. The first spa dates back to the 19th century which reopened completely and was remodeled in 1994.
They gush at 36ºC. They are indicated for respiratory, skin, and musculoskeletal complaints.
