Type of waters
The Carvalhelhos thermal baths are located in the heart of Trás-os-Montes. The therapeutic properties of the waters of the area were discovered as early as the 19th century. They are bicarbonated and sodium waters and spring at a temperature of 20º C.
These waters are indicated for ailments of the digestive system, metabolism, skin, and circulatory system.
