On arrival at Caldas da Felgueira you will be welcomed by a multidisciplinary team, made up of doctors, and senior technicians from various health areas (nutritionists, physical education teachers, physiotherapists, human motor skills, and thermalism technicians) who develop an intervention focused on each client with appropriate responses to their specific needs.
Always associated with the thermal cure, since 1882, the Caldas da Felgueira are mainly indicated for respiratory and musculoskeletal pathologies.
The characteristics of the natural mineral waters, the performance of differentiating techniques, the combination of these with other complementary techniques to the thermal treatment and the excellent training of the technical team, allow us to offer excellent services.
Type of waters
The waters are mineralized, sulfurous, bicarbonated, sodium and fluoridated.
They are indicated for diseases of the respiratory system (rhinitis, laryngitis, tracheitis, tubotimpanitis, serous otitis, bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis, pulmonary emphysema, and bronchiectasis) and rheumatic and musculoskeletal complaints (osteoarthrosis, spodilarthrosis, coxarthrosis, gonarthrosis, traumatic arthropathies, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, spondylitis, and achillosis).
