General description
The Castilla Termal Balneario de Olmedo is built on the ruins of the old convent of Sancti Spiritus from the 12th century, in Mudejar style.
Description of the Balneario
The Thermal Pool has two active pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Both have different jacuzzis, beds, and individual massage seats with bubbles, jets, curtains, and water cannons. At the end of the course, there is a restroom.
The Contrasts Circuit is set in Mudejar art, inspired by the 14th-century Royal Convent of Santa Clara in Tordesillas. The paintings that decorate its walls with plant and geometric motifs are a reproduction of the Mudejar frescoes of the Alcázar of Segovia. It has a welcome ritual shower with a peeling effect, dry and mixed saunas with chromotherapy, a river edge footbath surrounded by a curtain of soft rain, contrast baths in pools of hot and cold water, bithermal showers, and a hammam. The tour ends in a restroom with a natural fire and infusion fireplace (the fireplace is originally from the Convent of Sancti Spiritus.
