The cozy Guyot Restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine and Valladolid products paired, of course, with local wines. They have a la carte, but also tasting menus.
The hotel also has its own tasting room and a wine press. On one side they have long tables and on the other, there is a seventeenth-century press which shows how wine was made in the past. Tastings are organized with a professional winemaker.
