In 2002 the Villa Termal de Lobios, located in the village of Riocaldo, very close to the Baixa Limia - Xurés natural park and about 70 kilometers from Ourense,
In 1773 the local residents built a small bathhouse, which remained active until the 20th century. However, the construction of the current spa uncovered archaeological remains of ancient Roman baths.
The four-star hotel has 85 double rooms, adaptable for individual use. Its three-fork restaurant offers typical local dishes. It also has a bar-cafeteria, a children's play area and several meeting and convention rooms. In addition, the Hotel-Balneario de Lobios specializes in cycling tourism and is an information point for BTT Galicia. Description of the Balneario
The spa has two floors and offers a wide range of treatments, both aesthetic and hydrotherapy.

The Termarium has dry and wet thermal baths, aromatic showers, toning massages, Jacuzzi, thermal relaxation pool, and thermal chairs.
The indoor thermal pool has swan neck jets, underwater jets, and wonderful views of the mountains.

The hyperthermal waters of the Lobios Caldaria spa are bicarbonated, sodium, fluorinated chloride, oligometallic, silicate, and weakly mineralized.
